| Magelo lists this as 6%, so I'm inclined to believe that. I had one of the early ones on the Karana server, but eventually stopped using it because the small amount of haste wasn't worth the loss of AC. | ||||

| actually, the only time a monk is givin this outright over any other class is if they have a tink bag to give in trade for it. then the tink bag is merited/randomed among the rest. ANY class can use this therefore everyone gets a chance at it. just my observations. | ||||

| Go up a few levels, then your damage bonus will be 6. the damage bonus on 1h weapons is based only on your level. 2h weapons have a bonus based on level, and delay, if over 40. So the picture is correct, just the guy who took the screenshot is a couple levels higher than you. | ||||

| Its hard for a ranger or rogue to get an arm slot item with ac this high, so yeah, this would be nice for one of the aforementioned classes, even edging out the kael quested sleeves in terms of AC and HPS. The plate classes would benefit less, i'd see this more as chain loot. feel free to flame. | ||||
