| I don't know if Haste will affect how quickly AA abilities reset...but you can't get any AA hotbutton abilities until 59-60. The rest are just improvements on innate stuff. | ||||

| Hmm ok, this sounds a bit like the Halloween events that took place in EK, WC, Nro and RM. They were only up about 4 days. The difference being was that every item that dropped was class specific and was no drop. I did good there, got 3 items for myself off mobs that conned blue to me at 30th level | ||||

| This would have to be a triggered item since its caster only and a SHIELD. The only way it could be a random effect is if an Enchanter cast Illusion: Barbarian and then bashed the mobs, which would be pretty stupid. | ||||

| Good question. I'm assuming haste does not speed up refresh time for lay on hands and harm touch, though I could be wrong. Of course, to draw conclusions about the use of this shield, you'd also have to believe that there is some connection between pre-existing hotkey abilities and AA abilities . . | ||||

| Indeed, as a chanter, the haste on this shield is nice, but marginally interesting. But 32 AC, resists AND int/cha is just brilliant. I'm level 53 and still carry my crude stein in secondary, because as an erudite I cant miss the CHA. This shield would be a nice replacement. Think I'll be on my way | ||||

| I have been looking at some of the luclin weapons with godly dmg/dly and armor/sheilds with godly ac being put on priest/caster items and even haste on them hehe (not flaming or complaining i think its great and will be fun for priests/casters) hehe maybe Vi wants you weaklings to actually pitch in | ||||

| A little too much agro for a ranger, you are right there, but otherwise its near perfect. I'm not very close to raiding level and my stats aren't too high, but i see that this weapon has the stat modifiers that any ranger would want. It's weaps like this that make jolt a must :) Ranger of the 32n | ||||

| I picked this up tonight. Murph conned yellow to me at 25, but some kindly cleric cast Celestial Healing on me so I was healing faster than Murph could hit me.
