| Just to let ya know, Stormfeather Talons are HORRIBLY expensive, because they are a semi-uncommon drop of a tough-for-its-level Griffon which is a rare spawn. It's spawn time has been tracked and it is around 18hours in between. Stormfeather also drops the 1 of the 4 maps needed for the awesome | ||||

| It's LONG - I'm guessing in the 8-10 second range. A good friend of mine (52 Pally) has this helm, and it's saved my bacon a number of times. | OK you get a pat it may be only level 34 or 36 cant remeber at this time, but any wya it is great for kiting because you just get the argo and have it run after the mob hiting it while you nuke, every little bit of damage helps, and you can save the mana you would use to cast a DoT on it when it tur | ||||

| I beg to differ ;) the scale of wolf is much more likly to save your life than SoW, there are many things that will out-run you with SoW scale of wolf is considerbly faster. | Scale of Wolf *is* faster than SoW, noticably so. Sure, the effect isn't the end all be all, but its a handy traveling spell (West Karana or the Dreadlands, anyone?) and it saves you from having to med it. So what's the beef? | ||||

| My humble observations: If you have an earring with a better effect, then certainly don't swap it for this. However, if you have an ordinary gold jasper ring +3 wis, or something like that, then any clickable effect is nice. So scale of wolf is not an "Uber" effect. It still speeds your travel, s | ||||
