| Dont use the charges its expendable, youll have your little fun then your best range slot item in the game for tanks will disapear. Dont even use one you never know when you might accidently click it again this effect was put here for cruelty, I can not think of a time when i would want to use it. | ||||

| Proc means it has a spell effect that processes. Goes off (sometimes) when you use the weapon. In this particular case, the effect is 12 points of direct damage (dd) from velium shards to the target, in addition to the damage from the hit. | ||||
