| This item is awesome for Druids and Shaman. The Medicine Totem gives roughly 50 mana to a level 50+ character assuming your wisdom is not already above 200. | Never had a range item without range. Is it possible to toss this? Hate to lose something like this accidentally. Moreover, let's say you have this in range slot and throwing daggers in your ammo slot; can the daggers be thrown? | ||||

| Let me tell you just my thought: (PS im 51 druid) and 1 point wisdom gives me more than 10 mana ... But Yes this is a Nice item gives extra mana past wisdom and since im at 200 where wisdom/mana peak, thats a good thing..I see commons for: Orb Ac2 +3Wis & Int +40 Mana ....about 6-7K Dark Ember | ||||
