For those of you who are wondering what drops SK stuff in PoG...
Gale Wolfs drop the common pieces(bracer boots helm gloves)
Thifling Sprites drop the uncommon pieces(they also drop cleric's uncommon pieces)(BP, Legs, and arms)
Noctivigant BP imho is better than BE...altho I would take both...gre |

But mages can summon a 6-slot 100% wt reducing bag at 34, and that's a level when many mages are near paw/perma/HK.
But I will say that with the expansions it's harder to find mid/high level players in the old world. |

I wouldn't be surpeised if Verant screw's tinkereers like the screwed tailors on the Wu's armor.
As soon as a nice set of tailored armor came out, they removed 10-slot tailoring kits from the game and forced us to use city based looms, unless you're one of the people that stocked up on pre-nerf l |

Tinkerer's armor is pretty hard to make, so it probably won't go to many twinks, you need alot of hard to find items to make it. |

Do you need to have exceptional faction with the Coldain in order to gain the book? I gave 50pp as apprehensive and as indiff (sneaking) but no luck just took my cash. At least he said thanks hehe.
Is there another version of Loremaster Sarl or is there something else i'm missing? |

Yes you can do this as a Troll.
I have done this whole quest. As a Troll you need to get the letter from the dark elf in the back on the Shaman Guild in Grobb. Then gain faction by killing halflings in Nektulos. Once you have enough faction, the main cleric in Neriak, will assign you the quest. T |

I use to buy 8 of these at a time in Iceclad for a grand total of 15p, and sell them for 75pp each in EC back when they used to weigh 0.5 stones. I made a killing until Verant made containers a lot heavier.. Now i'm sure there were a lot of monks pissed off when that change happened.. oh well. I g |

Hmm... obviously someone hasn't been paying attention. 10-slot tailoring kits are now called "Deluxe Sewing Kits" and are available for sale from vendors all over the place.
And let's face it, tinkerers are already getting the shaft when it comes to actually trying to make things. |

Do a WTB at 1k and you will get about 10tells in EC. As with most vellious items the prices on these sight are way off now. I have sold these to vendors for cheap because I couldn't sell for 500pp at auction and am sick of letting them rot. |

Aparently you are not a tailor. They removed 10 slot Sewing kits from the game because it was taking from the 10 slot backpack market. If you did not buy them while they were in game then you must use the loom in your town if you have a recipe that takes more than 8 slots. Fortunatly when I found th |

Well, the usefulness of this item as an actual adventuring/raiding piece is questionable. BUT, fill your bank up with these and you instantly have 80 inventory storage spaces.
Try that on for size.

This is wrong, well, sort of. You do not need ally faction to get Onyxbrand; in fact, you don't need to go to Skyshrine at all. To do the overarching quest, you DO, however, need Ally faction. This seems to be an interim reward... |
