| I believe that Scarbrow is a 50+ Ry`Gorr shadow knight, who is a triggered spawn. He is a boss guy in one of the Coldain ring quests in the Eastern Wastes. | I purchased mine from another PC on Tunare. It's damage is 7. My Paladin gets the same message as the rest of you do. Insuffisiant Will. My paladin is 13th lvl.
