| What upsets me is that Druids can forage this and get tons of them. Since Clerics cant forage they have to fight mobs and the drop rate sucks. | ||||

| Wizards rely primarily on fire based spells just like a mage. we may have other spells but we only use them if the mobs are resistant to fire since that is our expertise, jus tlike how mages result to magic if they have to.....druids on the other hand are ice based casters and all ice focus items s | ||||

| Maybe you posted before they corrected the spell effect from Minor Healing to Manaskin, I sure hope so. The current effect makes these way better than the boots you're referring to. A nearly 800pt clicky rune is nothing to cough at. I think these are a major upgrade to your current boots. | ||||

| I would say around level 60. But he has to between 55 and 64. He does not summon, and he can be solo'd, thats what I did. And yeah, he does nuke hard. He kept throwing lures at me that hit for about 650 with resists at 250. | ||||

| 2k? Items to make this tunic drop from Eryslai, the Kingdom of Windb (PoAir), which is a 4th Tier Elemental plane. MOST EQ guilds are not there now, and will not get there in there in the near future. 30k would be a good bet on this. | ||||

| I have a lvl 39 pally that uses a Rever as his 2 hand slashing and he hits for around 150 max with 135 STR, then add the haste of a Sash of The dragon born and it brings the wep to about a 40/32 wep, much better that this one and very ez to get before lvl 46. just my 2 copper on this wep. | When items drop from "War" type situations how do the NPC's know who to give the stuff to? I saw the 10th ring war go down and they linked about 5 items that they were givin and most were no drop. How do you keep one person from getting all of the items that the quest NPC gives? | ||||
