| Go get yourself a Batskull earring. A Green Silken Drape (Or was it gossamer?). There's a bunch more you don't need to be 40-50+ to get the items with focus effects, but I can't think of'em right now because I'm lazy. | If you take the stats of the item itself, yeah it is a nice item. If you take in to account where it drops and what stats your character needs to have to get to Vex Thal, it probably isn't worth it. | What I want to know is why even bother with reccomended lvl of 60? All the VT items are no drop. The chance of a player lower then lvl 60 even getting into VT is slim to non IMO due to all that is involved in even getting the key. Am I just missing something here? | ||||

| Robes have always (mostly) had visible graphics, however the Cloak of Frozen Flames is well, a cloak, and therefore lacking a graphic. Too bad too, I can only imagine what this cloak would look like trailing behind a character. | ||||

| Dodge caps at under 100 for casters. Doesn't matter exactly. So, here's what this item does assuming 99 skill. 99 + 1% = 99.9 dodge skill. Partial skill points round down... does this effect actually do anything? | ||||
