| They don't "stack" so to speak yet my barb warrior with perm regen (ikky bp) gets 12pts of regen per tick (6hp every 1/2tick. it alternates, going up 6 then 6 more for 12 per tick) when he gets regen cast upon him so you do get the benefits of both. | ||||

| Considering there aren't that many ac items for range slot being able to toss this in there would free up slots where one can upgrade their AC more by dropping other wis items, + the more resists the better. Most shamans are still using a spear of some sorts in their range. | ||||

| I was a bit mad when they dropped the LoEE, but in hide sight the LoEE was WAY overpowered. I don't think even making it no-drop would have helped.
