| Just an assumption... I think it was a mistake to begin with. I believe they made the weapon and screwed up on the stats wanting to make it a 11/29 weapon to begin with. It's make more sense that kind of quest would result in such an award. As an example, look at the the other two ethereal weapon | ||||

| Umm what the hell are you talking about? The sword does not give the message "So-and-so is hit with 5 damage from non-melee damage". Either you are just making crap up. Or you have a DS and didn't realise that was what caused the message. | ||||

| the nerf was needed, the nerf is understandable, any reasonable person can see the risk/reward to obtain this weapon was seriously off. i am glad it was nerfed, it was screwing up the economy and the farming of this quest was ridiculous on BB at least. | ||||

| to my knowledge, Yes. Narandi always drops is head and his lance. There are 5 (I believe) extra rewards from the Coldain Hero's if you keep them alive.
