| On the issue of twinking I beleve it is beneficial and healthy to give a leg up to a starter as long as you dont goto extreem some basic armor, a decent weapon, or even a set of spells. | The quest no longer gives this sword. An 11/29 Scimitar of Ethereal Energy is now reportedly the reward for the quest from what friend have told me. Friggin' glad I got mine when I did. | This belt drops off of several named in the zone...so far I have seen it drop off of at least 3 different ones; Sun Revenant Magistrate, Sun Revenant Chancellor, Sun Revenant Smiter. | I have yet to see any hard info on the +magic damage by any lvl 60 Tanks. I got hold of one to play around with, more out of curiosity than anything.
