That is correct. It dropped off a "Blackrock Incarcerator" or something, the only non elite orcs in the entire ubrs section. Not only did I roll a 100, it was my first ubrs run, and 2 epics dropped that run(Dwarven Hand Cannon was the other epic). |

Actually, the arcanite dragonling is not that bad. Sure, 8 arcanite is a steep cost, but the extra 30 to 40 DPS it provides for a minute can come in handy. It also casts a "flame buffet" debuff, which increases the amount of fire damage a target takes. This is very nice for spellcasters. |

Top two guilds on cenarius have killed this guy 50 times at least, not a single drop. The only two on server i believe are from random pickup raids. Maybe we are just unlucky? |

My guess is that's why the guy's name is 'darkbargainer'. But /agreed, there should be some monsters you can kill to get faction points. It's incredibly hard for a normal player to get the corehound recipe, let alone any of the revered/exalted ones. |
