There are 6 different procs the sword has:
Curse of Shahram : AE Slow Enemies
Might of Shahram : AE Stun Enemies (~5 sec)
Fist of Shahram : Group Haste - 25% (~8 sec)
Blessing of Shahram : Group restore life/mana (20 sec)
Will of Shahram : Self +50 all stats (20 sec)

Yeah this guy is nasty, took three tries to take him down. Our party consisted of 46 Hunter, 46 Priest, 48 Warlock, 48 Rogue, 50 Mage.

It won't drop in UBRS, as the highest level world drops that will happen in there are 58. At 60, this will drop off of trash mobs in MC and the trash mobs in front of Onyxia.
Pretty fricken awesome, though. |

I got the blade a few weeks back then went back with again but no luck. I was trying for duals but STILL havent fount him a third.
