	ON Hit. Consider it like, you have a 50%(waay exaggerated) to proc. So it'll take approx 2 hits with your DS to proc. Once it procs, then all of your attacks with your weapons will now be criticals. What's not to understand? It procs, then you've got 3 seconds to mass spam SS/evisc/BS

	Found Him twice (separate quests) Just SE of Thunder Bluff sign. maybe 1/4" on 17" monitor off the end of the scroll of sign. Also following Kodos will find him. He's usually going opposite way. Coming towards Kodo family. Good luck!

	Blacksmithing and Minning they basically go together right....but i can't find a miner in Ironforge i only found the Blacksmithing man...is he somewhere i am missing or something?

	She talks smack through the whole fight, can instantly refill her mana at any point, constantly casts regen and shield on herself, chain lightning spams ... fun fight. Beat her solo with a 40 Druid with no hassles.

	I didn't find this mission until I was level 34, so at that point it was a piece of cake. The patrols consist of two sets of four-creature mobs (two melee and two magic attackers)from the hallway. Then, there are a couple of solo attackers that appear closer to Piznik. It takes about 5 minutes

	If you look at all the potential drops for plugger, you'll see that it labels them all as "sold by" due to the fact that plugger is an npc. I've also tried to buy from her and there certainly is no dagger :-)
