Watch the beds and which ones have patients in them and remember if they are not healed fast enough they will despawn. If your first spawn of patients has two critically injured patients just heal one of them then go for the badly injured and then the injured remembering to heal all of the first set |

It took me two repetitions of the quest to get to unfriendly. However, I had to kill some extra mobs to get the ones the quest needed.

For a warlock or a hunter or a party of two, level 26 are good enough to take out plague spreaders level 26 to 28. But, the spawns are pretty few.. 20 could take a while. |

Stands alone in the lower floor of Gnomeregan.

Still bugged. He dosent tell me to inspect the kodo. However another player ran up and smeed told him to check his kodo. so maybe its a player to player issue? |
