He's in Netherguard Keep, which is to the south of the Swamp of Sorrows in the Blasted Lands. If you enter the Swamp from the west road, follow the south fork, then take the south fork again (watching out for Horde PvP enabled mobs patrolling). Once you enter the Blasted Lands, head east right away |

I was fishing the Cliffspring River for these, and on average I got one for every 4 fish caught...
12 electropellers, 45 various fish.
Fishing went from about 75 to 99... |

If you just read the description, it's the same description for finishing the quest as it is for killing the guys. I suggest just killing a lot of deadwood guys to raise faction and forget the quest, not worth it since the guy is on the opposite end of the zone. |

There is no book for artisan first aid. You recieve it as part of a quest in Theramore. In the keep you'll find the Trauma Surgeon, who will teach you artisan for doing a quest. He'll also teach you heavy mageweave bandages. |

From Silverpine go SE through Hillsbradn the ESE to Arathi, then South to wetlands. Guy is just right as you zone in.
Attacking him sets you on PvP status though, so camp real quick after kill :-) |
