When he uses his whirlwind attack just move to the other side of the room and you should only be hit with one-two hits of it.

It's a fairly easy location. If you look to your right after you cross the Span heading north into Arathi, you'll see a wood and rope bridge heading to the east. Right across this bridge is the wagon with explosives, surrounded by non-elite Dark Iron Dwarves. |

Actually there is an exploration, I went and whomped all over the Headhunters, and that part of the quest is complete, but the exploration part isnt, and I wandered pretty much every inch of that area and nothing.. there must be a bug. |
