I got the necklace from a creature in stranglethorn vale. You can also start Myzrael's quest just by visiting the crystal, the necklace just gives a small amount of exp (think it was 110). |

Went looking for him after reading the site, found him sitting there with about 20 huntresses around him, tamed him no problems.
What is the next big challenge for a 25th level Tauren Hunter?

I've just completed this quest and found the lockbox with the item right next to the fissure. Perhaps the quest has been updated?

Had 2 drop off a roaming shaman. So it seems that they can drop multiples. Based on posts here I'd assume it can drop from any ogre, just rare. |

Got the Soul gem after just two kills. Appears to be random and seems to drop regularly. Just make sure you are killing Dark Strand and not the other humanoid mobs nearby. |

24 warr, 23 hnter, 19 rogue, 20 mage, 21 priest.
crowd control very important. hunter must mark the warrior's target, hunter's pet must offtank one add, hunter must offtank another, mage must sheep, everyone has to be smart and keep the priest alive. pulls are 3 and four at a time.

Don't confuse this mission with The Perfect Stout mission which has you gather Shimmerweeds on Shimmerwood Ridge (or something like that). There is only one Head Hunter there, and he spawns only once every five minutes or something.

if you haven't done the lvl 16 quest for lockpicking, you need to do that first. my lockpicking was at 81 when i did this quest, and i think I failed once. You don't need the key for the chest, just your thieving tools. |

Got Brackclaw, a nice dagger for lvl 14, also there is another rare spawn that is not listed here called Slark, lvl 14, killed him a few min after Brack, got Slarkskin, a lvl 10 chest armour.

It depends on your skill and luck as you say. Once you enter moonbrook, you pretty much have to fight everybody along the street through it. Level 13 and 14 fighters and mages. Put a couple of mages and a fighter on ya.. if your good enough, perhaps your level 16 would take them. keep attacking ahea |
