It was blue to me at lvl 39, immune to root. Seems to regenerate quickly, I took a bubble off and it had regenerated half that in a few seconds. |

Honestly why would they spend the time to make a great promo, for a bunch of complainers who would just dump on that as much as anything with EQ. |
