| the lower the level the lower amount of mana you get per int. at lvl 50 1 int(under 200) is about 9 mana, at lvl 30 1 int is about 7 mana, lvl 15 is about 4 mana. | XP in this zone is terrible. Mobs have way too many hps. Can kill 2 or 3 things in PoS/V for every one kill in UP. And the exp per kill is much higher. This is a loot zone now. Like CT. | ||||

| As his post was dated Jun 4th, I don't think Cazic Thule had been upgraded yet.. it used to be a mid 30s dungeon for the most part.. Now of course it's a 55+ zone and has been made rather tough.. *shrug* I don't remember the exact date it got upgraded | ||||

| That's actually incorrect as far as newbies not being able to hunt in paludal, unless you are saying that they cannot hunt bandits there. On the shadeweaver's Thicket side of PC a lvl 6 or 7 could hunt happily there. | ||||
