| OK....OK! So I take it I should not worry so much about Str. and buy and camp Dex items only? My dex is 150 at level 52. Does this sound low? | Take 6 Rangers with Endless quiver and Archery Mastery 3 and root a mob. It would be dead in no time. I have also seen all necro groups lay some waste in several zones. Just about any class that conentrates on thier strengths could get together and do some damage in unconventional ways. | ||||

| The proc effect on all items depends on your DEX. If your DEX is low, very very few procs, if DEX is high, it procs all the time. I have a 52 shaman and can buff my dex up to 200+, my proc items do their jobh all the time. When my DEX is low, no procs. The level of 18 for the proc on this item | ||||
