| I have recently reached the 30 plateau and I have employed the same strategy with my Shammy as I did with my Wizzy. I go to SK and get in a group the camp the spires with the Tesch Mas Gnolls. | I have had some success with soloing but you have to pick your fights carefully and save your lay hands for emergencies and buy lots of bandages to save on mana. | I've seen 3 of these drop, all from spectral guardians. But spectral guardians are soposed to drop that 4 slot bag, and the shield of spectral essence. I am wondering if that dang shield even drops anymore, cause I'd love to get one. | ||||

| The skin IS called a "Tiger Skin", although it seems to be a fairly rare drop. It took me 13 kills to finally get one. It takes a while (spawn time of about 6 mins), but they do drop. | ||||
