Kedge is yet another in the long line of underutilized dungeons, this time because it's underwater and thus requires either a fishbone earring (or similar item), or a water breathing spell. The zone itself is like all other zones in that it has a learning curve, but once you experiment and find out |

I am trying to get my hands on the Golden Rod, quest item needed for a Sol Ro Enchanter Quest.
The item is dropped by the Froglok Priest in Upper Guk, however he is in a room with a LOT of company. I think about 5 Shamen and a Shin Knight - those pesky Shamen have a nasty habbit of healing en ma |

I have found that soloing in Nagafens Lair is possible for druids, if you know how...
By casting a root spell (engulfing root if you have it,a different one if you dont) then casting a DoT spell on Kobolds will slowly take down around half of their health before the DoT runs out,and all you have |

YES - that damn spawning bug you see in east commons, right? the one where like 5 bixies will PILE onto a spot, then eventually move and you get a bixie swarm - same thing with the bears in west commons. WATCH out - if it's hanging in midair, there will be at least 2 attacking you as soon as you hit |

Soloing is ok, but i'd recommend a group.
25ish would be good to get a Tower/Tae group in Cazic Thule
at 30ish, head to Upper/Lower Zig
at 35ish, go to Tiger in Sol B, or try Guk |

Okay, so I create a level 2 iksar monk mule to go exploring around the zones. As I explore I somehow accidentally sneak through the invisible zone barrier (that wall that prevents you from running up a mountain and off the edge of the geometry to your doom). So now I can run along the very edge of |

The only problem with this quest is that it gives you so much exp so fast that you can outdistance your skills. Be careful to spread your hunting to other critters and keep your skills maxed.

If you pass through the secret door in the foreman's room and turn left, you'll come to another secret door. Beyond that is a room with 3 doors and 3 gobbo spawns. The door to the left leads to a zone line into Sol B, making this room an ideal spot to camp for xp.

A level 54 druid and 52 shadowknight cleared out the entire area quite easily.
The key is just to keep moving once you clear spawn out of an area. It also doesn't hurt that we could pull singles each and every time.
Once to the Chief, we could hold the chief's room + the room below (with the |

I would reccomend trying to max out the skills at each level. I made the mistake of only using only 1hs. I got a runed falchion and never looked back. At higher levels, most choose to have a wisdom item in each hand, and melee becomes trivial, however, with the release of the kunark stuff, I re |

I have 2 characers who both leveled off the froglock gaz around lvl 20 or so, a warrior and a magician. I made good exp on them, and there is a trick to getting *just* one or two in a pull and taking them out solo. First of all, pull *EVERYTHING* to the innothule zone. Runners have a much farther |

Sometimes when you pull gaz to the zone they will get 'stuck' in that pool of water right near the innothule zone... they usually swim around in it for about 30 seconds then teleport to you (without friends, unless you made a bad pull originally).
Also, when pulling gaz out of the pit they ten |

Actually, it is from a pure mana vs hp healed viewpoint. 10 mana for 20 hp a 2:1 ratio is better than light heal at 9 which is still almost 1:1 While it may not cut it if you >really< need the extra healing, one beneficial side effect is that it helps keep abjuration maxed, which can be a pa |
