| It would depend what you mean by best. Halfings and Wood Elves both have the same wisdom which is the most important thing. Wood Elves have much better Charisma which is important for charm. | You forget a few things friend Gatorscale are NOT chain leggings, and Vermiculated is NOT plate :) a druid in full plane gear looks like a mid level Ranger. | Yes, these are runes made for wizard research. Any wizard who researches instead of buying research spells would do alot to find this rune. The rewards involving the Rune of The Astral include to level 49 spells, Ice Comet and Super Nova. Of course for Ice Comet you also need the Rune of Frost | ||||

Well you spoke about train being caused by these lower lvl peeps, well if you know anything, the trains, come from the inside of the house, therefore, if any one is training poeple its the higher lvl peeps around 20 and up!!!! little lvl | ||||
