| one of the nice things about higher level shaman melleeing is - you can cannibalize while hitting the mob. So when I have done my usual yawn/frail routine I mellee/cannibalize till at about even health and mana, than sit down to med. With regen on I regain health and mana at about equal rates. And | ||||
