| Picked this up for 15 plat in the lake of ill omen. Replaced one of the few bit's of banded that I am still wearing (now I need a mask). Ac is the exact same as banded, plus the extra stats, make this an excellent item. I would not pay more than 20 plat for it, though. | ||||

| A Cleric of 14th level or higher should be able to Bind you to a new town area. Give a /shout out and odds are someone will be nice enough to bind you. There's no way I would have been able to stand toe to toe with anything for long enough to get in 3 to 5 procs regularly, at least without help.
