| LOL not only is it a crappy proc, but it's the lower level Zomm spell which lasts for about 30 seconds and anything that aggroes on the eye bound to be close enough to aggroe on you. What a useless proc! | ||||

| Stormfeather is an 18.5 hour random spawn, he spawns by the three gambling gnomes on the gnome pirate island, the same island the boat lands on. | The rabid animals in the karanas do not drop the diseased pelts. Only the ones in the Qeynos hills do. You still get a lot of exp for diseased bear pelts at lev 20. | ||||

Of course i killed him a couple times and was still able to my faction up to amiable for about 50-60pp from the Rathmana's Travelling Offer quest in south ro. | You need to have OK faction with the steel warriors before you'll be able to approach Captain Tillin, as there are a number of steel warriors in the arena area, and some are very close to captain Tillin. | ||||
