| This armor does in fact drop in kurns tower ,although it is quite rare. got bored one day and was collecting low level pages and runes and infrequetly ruined scale items would drop off of the lesser icebones , lesser charbones and burynai sappers. | I finally figured it out. Being a dark elf, I started out dubious to almost all of the merchants in EC. After killing a couple hundred orcs, I became amiable to the merchants in the middle of the inns, but the left and right side merchants would con dubious still. Thousands of orcs later, no change. | ||||
