| Has anybody figured out what faction to raise so that the Registrar will give you a new slate? When She gives you the first one, she says she will replace it for you if asked. | Hey if you want 1 character per server go to freaking FV server or whatever server only lets you have 1 character. I have found that people only say no twinking becuase they CANT they are jealos of the others that are higher lvl and can twink there players. | ||||

| 1 group of high 55-60 can do western wastes dragons. We did em one night 6 of us killed 4 an hour its not hard you just have to know how to play your class well and pull 1 at a time and get no adds. | ||||

| Instruments can only be equiped in the 2nd hand slot, and you cannot have anything in your main hand. Anthem De Arms is bought in all(I think) Bard Guilds. It's probably not on the one you bought your first songs from, but if you look around in your Guild you'll find a merchant that sells it. | ||||

| Well, I opted for another CoT because one was auctioned at 700pp so I took it, moved a few things around and got my weight to 17. Using the ratio formula you provided I figured a fist at between 7.8 and 7.9. What constitutes a significant difference? The h2h table lists fists at my level at 12 | ||||
