| Errr im using this and wak of the frozen skies, i switch them around a LOT. it's good for damage, i hit for 20 with it and delay is ok, sometimes ill put the wak in offhand, but since it has less a chance to proc(my dex is pretty nice so it procs a lot) i keep the BALS in offhand. btw im a ranger so | ||||

| Best way to get baking up is to make fish rolls: 1 batwing and 1 fresh fish. It trivials at 135. My Vah Shir Rogue friend did this and it cost him about 40pp with 85 cha and 130 wisdom, so it may cost more for you. | I'd place money on the fact that it is NOT instant cast time. It probably has a long cast time. Can you imagine an instant cast time 150 rune? Nothing that hit for under 150 a round would ever do damage to you. Sure it dosn't help on raids as much... even though it would still be godly on raids. | ||||
