| actually it says there is a 5 second casting time, 2.25sec recovery .. . . so its not quite the unlimited damage suppressor you thought. however it is the best darn range slot item i know of for my chanter . .. maybe in 22 levels i'll have to seek this puppy out | ||||

| Was killing the Chieftan 2nd night Luclin was out with a 60 pally and a 50 druid, he is a fast spawn, 7-8 minitues, but he only dropped this once in about 40 kills, he also dropped a staff 3 times, nothing special though. | ||||
