| I've done the quest 4 times and wearing the collar half of the city is still dubious. Midst not included. Even my guild leaders are Dubi. I was told doing some of the Midst quests and the Gemmed hilt quest will raise them, but not gonna make the run to Katta at 26. We'll see. | ||||
