| it depends, yes, this mask is a big pile of crap for wisdom casters, paladins, rangers, warriors, monks, rogues and maybe shadowknights if they are fighting casters. | Well i havent heard of warriors being able to bind wound to 75%, i only heard monks are able to do it at lvl 51. Anyway if warrior can do it it would be just a waste of time because they have so much hp it would take forever for them to do, might as well ask a friendly cleric for a heal. | ||||

| I as grouped with a druid tonight who had one and it was working for him and he is 47. so its soon, the only drawback is the casting time is 12 seconds. and the roots cost alot to cast and only does the lvl 29 spell. you can cast the low lvl root thought, I was getting it to stick kinda good with | ||||
