| Neclo Rheslar in Quynos hills right by the guard tower gives faction for there.... he's low level, a one hit kill and spawns every few minutes. | I know of a great place to make cash from lvl 20 - 24 or so....You go to the OOT and hunt the gargoyles on the spec isle..the loc is approx. neg 1000 neg 7000. | It exists, got one from a drake there. I'm not sure if mine is called 'tiny' or 'small' or what, but mine has two slots and reduces weight of your coinage by 20%, and reduces the weight of the two items inside by the same amount. | ||||
