| Agreed, Treebringer! The only time that a Paladin beats me is when they've got LoH, and use it. I can beat any paladin within 10 levels. But maybe that's because I have a Wurmslayer. Rangers also get something that the Paladins DON'T. We get better buffs than they do, in my opinion. A Pala | ||||

| yep, can be really good gems like jacinth, diamond, blue diamond and apparently run of the mill ones like a ruby. Not bad when you go around and buy some tusks for 9 gold in thuragin, or kill a few ulthorks and get some. | ||||

| The 5 str and 20 hit points might help some warriors more than 1 ac and 5 dex. Dex only helps much at a certain point and getting it really high doesn't do a lot of good. | Even more important for kiting than SoW is Snare/Ensnare. As Shamen, we do not get this ability. So, DD kiting, while possible, is MUCH tougher for us. We just do not have the room for error. | Ok, in Velious and Kunark the hate lists work diffrently than the rest of the world. In the "old world" you kill something it dies good. In Kunark/Velious if you heal, buff, or help out some one killing a mob in any way then you have just put yourself on the hate list of any one on that faction. You | ||||

| I too will confirm they are random. For the longest time I heard they were dropped by the golems but never saw them, though I've slaughtered tons of golems. Today, as we headed towards the city, we killed a ratman warrior who dropped these shoulders. Go figure. | ||||

| hehehe you better check out the scimitar of the emerald dawn dmg20 del 34 with lots of + stats and 100mana 1 hand slash much much much better than this wimpy stick.that is of course you are the melee style druid. | ||||

| ok i did this quest but i did it with the gnoll fur and got a fang of the wolf its a 5dmg 26 dly dagger magic. if you take 4 paches of gnoll fur and combine it in sowing kit and then combine 4 of the made gnole fur paches to make quarters then 4 quarters you get a cloak 4 ac 5 svc turn in cloak to y | ||||

| the final weapon quests (for SK and Warrior anyway) are turning out some decent items. the SK one (this one) is 8/26 with int and saves, the warrior one is 12/46 AC 5. i wonder what the shaman one will turn out. finally, Verant is making nice quests that start from your newbie item :) | ||||
