| I think one of the reasons this item was created was to give chanters an upgrade to the Incandecent Mask. Its 7 cha 5 int and I quested it at level 24. | Well I was camped there early Sunday morning, and the named one's were spawning like mad. It was 2 monks and myself. I looted 6 items and the monks looted 3-4 items all within 2 hours or less. So I think they did nerf the drops since the last patch. | ||||
