| Most druids will not have the Elaborate Scimitar "pre-epic", as it requires the VS stone and a jade reaver, the two biggest bottlenecks in the quest. | ||||

| I'm guessing it's for some sort of quest. +28 ac, wow, but 8 lbs/stone/whatever! A bit much, if you ask me. Also, the fact that it's NO DROP also leads me so suspect it's part of a quest. Don't know anyone that would wear it. | ||||

| so-so ? i dont know the exact stats on cobalt but it has 18-25 ac (im not sure on exact numbers). unless its higher than i remember this is superior in ac, and except for the shrink effect for ogres barbs and trolls this is better. you might also want to consider that not every warrior has access to | ||||

| After you do the cloak quest,buckler, & drum, you are sent out yet again, to procure a vase, but oh no.. its broke, so you have to make it, after you turn that in you are instructed to go procure Owlbear Feathers to upgrade your cloak, you will need 7 feathers + the cloak. | pretty sure he means that it doesnt say slot: PRIMARY RANGE... if an item has a listed range on it it wll always be able to fit in your range assuming you are of the appropriate class, even if it isnt listed as a slot. | ||||

| Besides, look at the weight. 0.5 is a great weight on any weapon. even with full haste there will be next to no stamina loss while using this nice blade. Besides, ontop of it all the looks make it worth it, much like the spiny weapons from Twilight Sea that have horrid stats. | ||||

| Just a guess but skill modifiers are probably how they intend to make Velious-type tailoring items cheaper/more accessable to more players. I hope to see bigger boosts on new items soon | ||||
