| Yeah, my tailoring is at 20, I'm waiting till I level so I can bump it up to 25 before I try to combine to get the claws. | We were pulling these guys to the Vex Thal zone line.. Dropped from Xin Thall Centurion which is a lvl 57 Sk mob..expect a long fight, this guy had alot of HP's and AC. He popped in the room right before the Vex Thal zoneline, the one with the big rock in it. Group consisted of(to best I remember): | ||||

| Update. We had two groups in the Grey this weekend and this dropped. I traded in my Barbed Ringmail for the chance to loot. I no have more than 75 AGI and it improved my unbuffed AC by 14pts. I'm pretty stoked about it. | ||||

| Far as I can tell this quest is broken or needs something else done to end it. As per the poster above, we also did this for over an hour and never ended. Just constant respawn of the same mobs we attacked at the start. We got bored so let him die. No idea, but certainly no officer spawned | ||||
