| It says the level to get this item is 54th. By then you should either have a Breastplate from a Plane or a Velious quest one. The only reason that I can see for someone to wear this one is for the +Agi. There is a huge AC penalty for having an Agi below 75. After that only 1 AC point per 6 point | ||||

| Just a reminder that not everyone level 54 has Planar Breastplates, nor Quest BP's. Even if you belong to a good guild. The best I have managed is the Barbed Ringmail I got hand me down, when a 55 Paladin got a BP of the Righteous in Hate. | ||||
