I recently bought this for my lvl 41 warrior, it procs quite often and always steals 25 strength, so I'm assuming it won't get much higher than that |

Nope, you sure don't lose slam. I've been using a 2hs weapon for a good while (since around lvl 20something) and have been slamming quite well. |
