Artannis is a High Elven Wizard who was born in Felwithe. He decided to pursue magic as a career (against his parents wishes). He chose to be a wizard since he was concerned with the safety of Norrath and new that peace could only come if those who sought war changed their ways. Until then he knew he was destined to defend the world which was so precsious to him with combatative magics. He praises no Gods, being confused with the variety, and will help another Norrathian, no matter what race they may be. He holds no predjudice or discrimination, and sees all as equal.
