No, as a shaman you should be using WIS for your skill ups, since skill ups are determined by the highest of your INT or WIS. If as a shaman you have a higher INT than WIS you may want to rethink your gear |

Dude it's not a proc, if it were a proc it would list it as (combat) not (cast time:instant). So you essentially have 2 casts of a 39 shaman pet.
Also if you'd notice this isn't NO DROP so you can do the quest with a high level and give it to a lowbie Warrior. Really it's not that bad, not great th |

ALSO! Dodge (and any other Dodge like spells (parry for example)) increase AC, which I cant see a level 50 warrior, 30 ac a peice, would be 600, then 150 of AGI, then about 300 off defense, then about 200 off Dodge, parry, Ect.
Not EXACTLY sure about this, taking an Educated Guess

Got one last night off Terror - I play on a PvP server and as an SK this shield is amazing.
Passed my Sarnak Battle Shield down to a guild mate with no remorse. Sure the SBS is a better PvE shield but in most instances I am using a 2hs for PvE anyways.

This weapon is really nice... you guys are missing the bigger picture. This is basicly a wurmy for rogue's and bards, and for those classes that get wurms, guys check the weight on this, not as much of a STA killer. This thing isn't just a twink weapon, Gnolls are around all the way up from blackbur |

I accidentally killed Lord guy in BB so I decided to finish the quest and give the sword to a friend, seeing the picture to the end sword would be no drop... as of 4/12, this sword is indeed no drop, and now im stuck with a sword I cant use... im gonna see if I can complain later, they gave no warni |

This is a great quest, soloed the guy with my 45 wizard. [tip] Tergus walked past me invisible, so its a good idea to have see invis up when u do this quest. It took no longer than 3 min for Tergus to show. |

Ok, so I know she melee's for 117, nukes like a normal 30 mage, her friend (Eldreth, a wiz) nukes like a 49wiz (w/ Ice Comet?) and melee's for 90.
My question is, does Cyanelle have the HIT POINTS of a level 30 mage? Which would be 500-600?

I got this weapon the other day, and it's awesome! I'm at lvl 25 so the proc doesn't work yet but it was well worth questing for. I had a lvl 53wizzy friend help me get it. This would be a fantastic pvp weapon due to the fact that it is no drop.

Got one last night for 70PP. Was just hanging around and a Wizzard auction BABS for 99PP but all I had was 70PP. I send tell asking if he would take that instead. What a great deal. Thanks again to whoever it was for their kindness.
