Anyone noticed how Cazic is now a 50+ zone?
Great. Now I can walk in to get the armor and get my butt kicked while I'm at it.
I'm a lvl 51 SK right now and regreting not spending more time in Cazic to get what I needed. Always figured I'd have time...go figure.

I just installed eq:ruins of kunark for the first time, it did a little patching before it would let me get into the game...after the patching was complete i clicked on the eq icon. then an error came up: d3d8.dll file missing, so i downloaded it from somewher. plus another dll file it was missing. |

I use this item for the Storm Strength and then sell it to an NPC vendor. They are pretty common (about 1 in 6) when I am hunting giants in GD (in a group). Storm Strength is a GREAT spell and I use it when doing my money collection rounds. I get encumbered and just right-click on this, and presto! |

I know these posts were made a long time ago, but to those so critical of the individual...the amount of AC you get from a piece of equipment is DEPENDENT ON YOUR AGILITY. Higher agility = higher AC per piece. |

I've read that all you have to do with a charged item is to leave it in your bank overnight, and it will recharge. Haven't verified this personally.

No question darkforge is the way to go. Against caster type mobs resists are a must. Against melee type mobs ac is king. Darkforge beats darkmail both ways. |

The AC per armor part is determined by your DEFENSE skill. That is the biggest factor period. Now if your AGI drops to 75 or below you will see a marked drop in AC. A Huge drop. But AGI over 75 doesn't do much to add to your AC. It affects it by a small amount, but not enough to worry about it.
