Does anyone know if Lambent Helm quest still works now that they made Cazic Thule (CT) a high level (50+) kill zone? The mud water rune needed for the quest dropped off of the Lizard Fanatics there. Have they moved them (Fanatic and/or Rune) to Feerott somewhere? Been running around for several days |

Not sure how lalor did the calculations, but it is only accurate at level 24.
By level 30, the testament gives 70 mana
At level 40, its up to 90 mana.
Listen to Falloraan. Get both ,and use as the situation dictates. That is a very nice piece of resist gear, hold on to it for caster heavy z |
