This is certainly a great item for a Monk, don't get me wrong. The other class that would benefit primarily from these is the Rogue though, no shock there.

God, I love the Legends server...just ran in and Dylin was there...no one camping him,hehe. Root,zap...got the book finished. People wonder if the money is worth it,well yeah...dont have 100 people camping every single rare or important spawn. |

The Paladin spell Yaulp II has a .5 second casting time, so if this item is not insta-click, it is probably .5 sec, not 3.

FYI: Flowing Thought stacks until you cap it at 15. So if you have a bunch of Flowing Thought item, you can effectively get a mana regen on your own that is better than Clarity II.
This item is incredible. These kinds of stats (and effect) in a range slot is just crazy. |

It can mean either, I believe.
Its usage comes from many many years ago before EQ was even thought of. EQ was designed based on people playing LP and Diku muds...but they were preceded by other types of MUDS and one of them was AberMUD which was often called UberMUD.

dude that is common, he spawns often, try camping a mob that may take a week to spawn, and then it doesnt drop what you want, now thats NOT COMMON.... next thing youll tell me is that shiny brass shield is a rare drop off the trainer in crushbone.... |
