I am seriously considering questing this wep for a couple of reasons
1. Wolf form is very KOS on Luclin so makes it difficult to use my Lupine Dagger and am too cheap/poor to go out and buy something better.

Always thought it was strange that the Umbral chain was Bard/Rogue and the plate Ranger and not Cleric/Bard.

That is only partially correct, they did fix CF, but only in the manner of spell with which it stacked.

It says katch drops it(look at where it says what drops it) and if you're only 25 there is no way you could get this item unless you find a few real nice groups that will let you tag along (see where it says NO DROP and lvl to attain as 50).
