I trust in Verant's judgement even though it may seem a little ackward. Doesn't really hurt anyone, but twinkers and perhaps the few newbies who stumble across a group of high levels. *remembers the druid/kiting issue and the Enchanter/Religion issue that was "left" uns*

I like this idea - it's nice to occaisonally get some good equipment from higher level people. At about 10 or so a friendly Iksar gave me a full suit of banded, then later I received a few hand-me-down items from the guild I joined. That, IMO, is the "good" way to twink. What I find irrita |

Why go with the Intel chip when AMD's Athlon totally outperforms the P4? Or is it that Intel users are really suffering with game play?
I am running a 1.2Ghz thunderbird, 384mb ram and a Radeon card and it SCREAMS with all quality options/chars enabled.

I've read all about eq and DAoC. I think DAoC RULES AND BEATS THE HECK OUT OF EQ! In eq when you die you lose ex and appear nekkid and have to run a BILLION miles sometimes to get your corpse and sometimes you lose enough ex to delvl. In DAoC you die, appear with ALL of your equipment, lose some ex |

One character per server won't stop twinking. Slow it down, maybe. All it takes is my buddy on server X to say, "hey...I want to start a class x on your server, can you hook me up?" And you, on server Y, say, "sure, hook me up on server X." I have done this. It is no bigger a dea |

There are two other factors you should include
1) the difficulty of obraining the materials. Acrylia takes HOURS to gather.
2) The overall investment made by the tailor to achieve whatever level of skill is required to manufacture the goods.
I know that at 189 tailoring skill I have spent |

remember what happened to naggy, vox and all thos old school mobs when kunark came out? well think of that type of thing, except for every good zone in the game. it would make the rest of the game way too easy. plus, there have yet to be ANY mobs on luclin that are the "unkillable" type. s |

There would still be twinking no matter what you do. There are people out there, like me, that own more than one account and play both regularly. I can powerlevel myself, twink or whatever, if i wanted. So if they restricted the amount of characters, it has two drawbacks that i can see.

Sigh..... another piece of player crafted armor that would almost be good if it didnt cost so damn much to make and take so much time.
Take a look at the mob drops for leg slot and compare stats and prices and then you will know why a tailor will never recoup his money.

when Blizard made Diablo 2, they put in a mild anti-twink system of having a level requirement on aobut 10% of the items, and 75% of the worthwhile items.
if everquest were to put a level minimum on everything (yes, your bronze long sword that level 30 gave you when she killed a guard counts too) |
