So what's the purpose of stamina on this. Only very massochistic or unbalanced clerics meelee long enough to run out of stamina, the only times I've ever run out of stamina so far has been when I'm on the boat, or jumping repeatedly.

3 Casks gets you this AC6, +3 dex cloak?
1 Cask gets me a 7 damage, 20 delay procing weapon?
Maybe now you'll understand why we steal the camp! That cloak isn't worth the 3 casks! Those three casks are worth more to 3 rogues! If you have the 3 casks, sell em to a rogue. 50 plat is acceptab |

I got it from quest the other day, hoping to get gauntlets...
Didnt think this was as nice as peoble here says, my int caster friends all want mana/ac/ressist not more int.
My SK twink likes it thoug.

Well, more HP is a good thing, but it would be nice if it was +WIS.

The reason, as it was explained to me, for the mobs being a hideously gross undercon is an ineffective way for Verant to control item rarity. It makes it annoying, to say the least, but not a very effective method. |

most of these frozen shadow armor pieces are obviously made for monks. they have low AC, lots of stats and low weight... just like all the other monk gear. |

I camped the dark bone bracelet for a long time finally giving up. Went back a day later and got one on the first try. That's always my luck though. Griffenne charms I've always had luck getting. |

I just want to say, anyone that can call this a junk rogue weapon does not know what they are talking about. I am a 49 Rogue, and both of my weapons proc. I have no problem at all with too much aggro, as any decent rogue can generally evade his way out of harms way. And about twinking, this weapo |

This item is great for monks that beef up stats like Dex and Str. Primarily dex for this item. As someone posted, this proc is a level 34 mage spell that does around 300direct damage. With about 120 or 130 dex (easily attainable by just about any monk) you'd probably see this thing proc 5 or 6 times |

It's more specifically geared toward to mid-level monk who's looking for lightweight, magical footwear so they can use Instill Doubt against magic-only mobs. They are the next step up from Cured Silk Sandals (nonmagic) and Pit Fighter's Ankle Wraps (magic). Better AC and lighter than Wolf Fur Slip |

with the slow delay you'd be lucky to see it proc twice in a fight. You'd easily outdamage it with a wu stick. |

With the great miss cycle Paladins get at least they still have a chance to Proc some dmg. The WIS is nice too. Besides this is about as good as it gets for most Pal weapons.
