They say this updated and I see no difference in the quest when I helped my low level friend or the stats when I pk'ed him in a duel to see stats. OR did they not post the update to this.

i promise you, the mudwater runes are not a common drop. me (34 beastlord) and 2 friends (39 shaman, 43 cleric) camped this entire area for about 8 hours and never saw anything other than fine steel spears. rare drop, but i'm sure the quest still works

Yay, been trying to get my Int to 200 so I can be the smartest rogue or ranger on the block, this item will give me the power to do it first. Nice ac crappy stats, guess the 30 mana would be a slight upper for a ranger but I just cant see either paying the money this stuff should be worth. Thanks VI |

Torylori, you are horribly misinformed. First off, your hybrid tanks (for sake of arguement I'm only going to count these as Paladins and Rangers ) need all the mana they can get and I'll tell you why:
